The Power of Mindful Practices
Our Power of Mindful Practices programming offers a variety of comprehensive workshops that explore how yoga impacts every aspect of our being and can help build personal agency towards health and well-being. Through lecture and practice, we will examine the essence of breath, awareness, and mindful movement and the powerful impact it has on the body’s ability to prevent disease, promote health, and elevate human potential. Our small group setting provides a relaxed space to learn the fundamentals of yoga or, for the more experienced, how to deepen your practice. By learning to connect to the body in an environment of non-judgment and acceptance, the ability to manage stress and find peace in the chaos becomes a natural state of being that moves each person into a place of health and creates a community of compassion.
